The  attached SolVan Participation Agreement (PA) that must be reviewed, acknowledged, signed and submitted by each vanpool's Leaseholder, Primary Driver (if a different person than the Leaseholder and designated in Leaseholder's application) and Alternate Vanpool Reporter (or AVR, if Leaseholder designates this role to a passenger in the Leaseholder's application).  Your SolVan application will NOT be processed until the PA(s) are submitted.  Only the individuals that have these roles in the vanpool Leaseholder, Primary Driver and/or AVR, are required to sign a PA - the remaining vanpool passengers ARE NOT REQUIRED to review, sign and submit PAs.
