The SolVan vanpool program has several documents and materials to help you better understand our vanpool program.  Below is a list of materials that are specific to the vanpools operated directly by SolVan (AVR Vanpool, Commute with Enterprise and Green Commuter).  To access these documents, click on and download at your convenience. • Program Guidelines: This document contains requirements for program participation with the Leasing Vendors identified above, as well as application and reporting policies and procedures.
• Program tri-fold Brochure (can be downloaded and printed).
• Participation Agreement: If you are the Leaseholder with any of the above Leasing Vendors, or a Primary Driver or Reporter for your vanpool, SolVan requires this online Agreement be signed prior to subsidy approval.
• Passenger Manifest Form for Monthly Reporting - Microsoft Excel format and PDF format for Enterprise Rideshare vanpools.
• Quick Facts: a one page sheet about the program, easy to print & distribute.
• Frequently Asked Questions or FAQs.
• Steps/Instructions to Apply to the Program.
• Steps/Instructions for Monthly Reporting and ongoing Program participation.
• An Intake Form ("Cheat Sheet") to place inside your vehicle so you may track your daily statistics-available in a Microsoft Excel & a PDF format.
• Changes:  Should you have any changes to the information you originally submitted in your SolVan application, fill out the Manifest/Change form in either a Microsoft Excel or PDF format.
